**Purchasing Administrator (Part Time 25 hours per week)**

Our highly valued client is currently looking for a **Purchasing Administrator (Part time, 25 hours) **to join their team in Bispham
The role of Purchasing Administrator supports the Purchasing, Production & Sales Teams with day to day activities, to include, raising of purchase orders, managing repeat orders & assessing component requirements based on Production Plans.
**The Role**
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Daily review of Repeat order reports
- Weekly review of component requirements alongside Buyers
- Liaising with suppliers on progress of orders
- Liaising with Sales & Operations Teams for availability of components
- Maintaining Customer records on CRM
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders
- Order Processing
- General Administration duties
- Confident user of IT systems including EXCEL
- Previous experience of using MRP systems (ideally SAGE)
- Well organised and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Exceeding customer expectations balanced with sound commercial judgement
- Demonstrate experience of exceeding customer expectations
- Previous Admin Experience
