Our client's purpose-built nursing home in **Norwich NR15** has exciting openings for SHCA/Senior Support Workers.

**Job Details as SHCA/Senior Support Worker**:

- Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
- Location: Norwich NR15
- Salary: £12.50 per hour
- Schedule: Mixed Shifts

**Responsibilities as SHCA/Senior Support Worker**:

- Deliver high-quality care within our care home environment
- Encourage independence among residents
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care
- Implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs

**Requirements as SHCA/Senior Support Worker**:

- Genuine desire to provide compassionate care
- Strong team player
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- NVQ Level 3
