Base pay range Senior Support Worker - Norwich £13.55ph Support Worker - Netherwood Green £13.55 up to £15.05 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply) Typical shifts are: Monday-Sunday 7am-3pm & 3pm-10pm plus sleep ins. Benefits Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply) Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply) Wagestream – giving you the flexibility to draw upon up to 40% of your pay, as it is earned. Funded Blue Light Card – hundreds of discounts at high street retailers, etc. 24/7/365 doctor line for our colleagues and their families Access to cash plans for our colleagues, which also covers their families Enhanced retirement leave Long service awards Responsibilities Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. As a Senior Support Worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support. Qualifications We’re interested in Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. Our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and people who have experienced trauma.
