Job Title: Senior Support Worker Job Type: Permanent Location: Larling, Norfolk Days and hours of work: 38 hours a week Salary £14.00ph We are recruiting for dedicated and committed support worker on behalf of one of our clients who support children and young adults with learning disabilities. This is a rare and fantastic opportunity that would suit someone with a background working with both children and young adults as a senior support worker. This is a full-time position with a requirement to work some weekends and during the school holidays. The role would be 3 days a week Senior Support and 2 days catching up on all administration. The Role: Managing a busy rota for members of staff to ensure all shifts are covered Carrying out staff supervisions Reviewing care plans and other documents Working with SEND children and neurodiverse adults Maintaining a safe environment for staff and service users Completing all relevant paperwork and documenting accordingly Carrying out relevant risk assessments ahead of community and day trips when needed Protecting the confidentiality of all Service Users and Clients Requirements: A minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Support Worker in the UK is essential Must be resilient and compassionate Excellent communication skills Own transport is essential for this role with a full clean UK driving licence Current enhanced DBS is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
