We have a vacancy for a 1:1 support worker to join our expanding 1:1 team, working an average of 35 hours per week. These hours will be arranged over a 5 day set Rota to include working alternate weekends.

The successful applicants will be responsible for providing 1:1 personalised support to adults with learning disabilities. Activities can vary from engaging in conversation or playing games to assisting with access the community, but will not extend to providing personal care.

To be able to fulfil this role you must be approachable, have a can-do attitude and an understanding of positive behaviour support, with your overriding objective being to ensure the highest quality of life and the promotion of independence for our residents.

- Have a genuine interest in working with the people with Learning Difficulties
