**Morrison Water Services** is currently looking to recruit a **Project Planner** to work on our Caledonia Water Alliance contract in Scotland.

Caledonia Water Alliance will successfully and safely work with Scottish Water and Morrison Water Services to jointly deliver a six-year water and wastewater infrastructure capital development programme for the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As the Project Planner you will be part of our Programme Team based in Stepps, Glasgow, reporting directly to the PMO & Planning Manager. The Project Planner will ensure the programme aligns with the scope of works, is developed to required detail and maintained in a timely fashion to suit project needs as well as contractual obligations, with attention to constraints, budgets, safety and quality, whilst enhancing our reputation with internal and external stakeholders.

**As the Project Planner your duties and responsibilities will be**:

- In collaboration with the Project Team, produce detailed programmes via Primavera P6 for the full lifecycle of projects.
- Update client P6 with reporting milestone updates monthly.
- Ensure timely updates of programmes accurately capturing progress and additional works (Internal Change & EWN/CE) in line with our contractual obligations under the NEC4 contract.
- Clearly demonstrate early warning & compensation event impact on the programme by use of activity Free Float, Total Float and programme Terminal Float to support contractual communications.
- Issue project order programme acceptance packages along with concise commentary and answering client queries on programme details.
- Review Supplier/Subcontractor programmes and integrate into the project order programme.
- Work & support with the Project teams, ensuring work is delivered to CWA budget, safety and quality guidelines
- Effectively report & communicate project constraints to the Project Team raising potential issues with programme progression.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**

Do you have Previous experience of multi discipline EPC projects.?

Demonstrable experience developing and maintaining programmes with Primavera P6

The ability to communicate through and work with Microsoft Office suite.

Have you proven track record of project delivery and programme management.?

Do you have experience of planning on a variety of engineering projects?

Leadership skills - Able to facilitate and lead on the development of schedules with Stakeholders at all levels. Facilitating collaborative programme reviews.

A Good working knowledge of NEC4 contracts or similar
