**Responsibilities**
- Develop innovative visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines for both digital and print projects
- Design engaging graphics for websites, social media, advertising campaigns, and corporate materials
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling visual content that supports strategic objectives
- Utilise tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW to produce high-quality designs
- Create wireframes and prototypes using InVision or similar platforms for UI/UX projects
- Edit and produce videos using Adobe After Effects and video editing software to support multimedia campaigns
- Manage content within WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure seamless visual presentation
- Incorporate web development skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress customisation to enhance website functionality
- Conduct photography sessions as needed to generate original visual assets for projects
- Assist in branding initiatives by designing logos, packaging, and other brand identity elements
- Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Greet clients, visitors, and delivery personnel in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Support client bookings, appointments, and studio tours where required.
- Assist with client communications and administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop product knowledge to advise clients accurately and effectively.
- Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities during client interactions.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects across digital and print media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of web design principles including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems
- Skills in photography and video editing are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of branding strategies and marketing principles
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients and team members
- Prior experience working on digital design projects within fast-paced environments is advantageous
