- About the Team
- The team is responsible for ensuring that compensation programs are aligned to, and support delivery of Company goals in a performance-oriented culture. The team designs fair and market-aligned compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
- About the Role
- As Compensation Associate, you will help to develop and administer the company's compensation programs, ensuring equitable pay practices. You will be analysing market data, working with HR and management, and supporting strategic
initiatives globally throughout the organization. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to all elements of the compensation function.
- Duties & Responsibilities- Collaborating with HR and management to address compensation-related questions and concerns.- Participating in salary surveys to maintain current industry benchmarks.- Assessing compensation structures and ensuring they align with market trends and company strategies.- Assisting in the development and implementation of incentive programs.- Gathering and analysing salary data to support compensation decisions.- Supporting the interpretation of various regulatory requirements and performing required reporting and analysis.- Providing recommendations for process improvements within the compensation function.- Assisting with the education of HR partners, staff and managers on compensation practices through training sessions and materials.- Ensuring data quality across all Compensation related data including market benchmarks and job architecture.- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting for compensation-related activities.
- About You

- Requirements- Have a basic understanding of equity-based compensation.- Be committed to professional development and staying abreast of compensation trends and regulations.- Have a basic understanding of concepts related to job architecture (e.g. job codes, job families etc).- Have a track record of contributing to annual compensation planning process.- Have some prior experience of creating and editing job descriptions within a defined framework.- Possess proficiency in compensation analysis and program administration.- Be able to demonstrate effective communication with a variety of stakeholders.- Be proficient in utilizing Workday and compensation management software (e.g. MarketPay, Pay Factors, Comp Analyst).- Possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.- Be skilled in data analysis and interpretation of large datasets, with proficiency using lookup formulas, pivot tables and IF functions.
