Looked After Children Social Worker

Nonstop have partnered with a local authority based in Greater Manchester and have secured exclusive rates for **Looked After Children Social Workers.**
The role will encompass both LAC and Leaving Care, providing you with the opportunity to gain a wider variety of knowledge and skills Experience in LAC would be advantageous as the team are extremely supportive and will have Personal Advisors ready to supportand assist with the Leaving Care aspect of the role.
The team is very LAC focused with no supervision orders or placements with families, they are superbly aligned with CAMHS giving you more support with mental health in Looked After Children and have a care leaver hub and their own building for the corporateparenting team which is great for collaboration
The team offers agile working with only 2 days per week in office, giving you increased freedom and autonomy to make your own schedule and have a greater work-life balance
The team also have various working patterns available, they currently have 1 X 30 hour position over 4 days a week, there are also 2x full time posts over 5 days a week
- Social Work England registered
- Enhanced DBS Checked
- In possession of a Full UK drivers licence
- Experienced in Looked After Children Teams
- Available to start ASAP
