As an important member of the Group Marketing team, we are seeking a Marketing Executive to provide support with the planning and delivery of Group Marketing events and sponsorship activity. The role holder will also support the Group’s wider marketing remit across all segments and will support the wider team providing day-to-day hands on general marketing and administrative support. We operate a "one team" approach and support each other toachieve our goals. **Day to Day** - Supporting the roll out and delivery of the Group Marketing plan across all areas of the business - Providing day-to-day support to the Group Marketing team - Working collaboratively with other marketing colleagues and/or key internal stakeholders to support internal and external projects - Venue research and sourcing, and attending key events - as required - to ensure events run as planned - Supporting the Group Commercial and HR teams to deliver key events - Be the go-to person to host internal and external virtual events on GoToWebinar or similar platform - Preparation of post event review presentations - Responsible for sourcing and ordering of merchandise across the Group - Reporting on competitor activity - Identifying new opportunities to promote the Group across all channels - Ensuring that all activity complies with all relevant internal policies. **Qualifications** - A degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism or English or the CIM Professional Marketing diploma would be a nice to have - Experience in Events - Previous experience in an in-house marketing team or relevant qualification - Thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite - A strong command of business English and the ability to write compelling and engaging content - Excellent proof reading and editing skills - Accustomed to dealing with 3rd party agencies and managing suppliers on behalf of the Group - Highly creative and a passion for finding something new - Knowledge of digital marketing. **Additional Information** At IQ-EQ we want you to reach your full potential.
