Junior / Apprentice Sales Executive

This role is focused on a sales target per annum which will be established upon training. This role will be to generate leads and develop new sales to secure new business by cold calling prospects in UK companies.
**Salary**:£12,500k Basic + Fantastic Commission & Bonus Structure
**Junior / Apprentice Sales Executive Duties**:
- Support the strategy ensure research and market intelligence is fed into the CRM, ensure accurate CRM database is always available and generate new business by cold calling, warm calls and through campaigns
- Cold calling and generating new Business leads - developing a strong sales pipeline
- To book site visits, appointments, build quotes and learn about bid process, pricing structures and supporting the sales team and deliver excellent customer service
- To market using the CRM system, updating pipeline to include creation of proposals, flyers etc, and to ensure regular follow-up to direct mail campaigns by reaching out to customers
- Promote, and maintain social media presence for the Company within the target market and support with planning conference events, marketing materials, blog writing and organise staff and supplier events
- Pro-actively manage a database of customers and prospects across key sectors to assist the day to day managing of enquiries with MD
- To negotiate costs and propose on value propositions Produce reports and MUST have excellent word and excel knowledge
- Manage personal activity and pipeline to ensure personal targets are achieved
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of activity and results using CRM and other systems as required and advised from time to time to present at weekly Sales Meetings and events
- Alongside the above duties, you will be working towards gaining a recognised Level 4 Sales Executive qualification through your Apprenticeship. _
**Junior / Apprentice Sales Executive Requirements**:
- Excellent command of English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacity, resilience, and inquisitive nature
- Ability to work within a robust team environment.
- Ability to work on own and tea skills remotely.
- PC skills to include Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Must be open to learning and personal growth
- Creative writing skills
