As a Barclays Document Archival Specialist, you will support the design and delivery of a seamless document archival solution that delivers exceptional customer experience whist driving down costs through elimination of waste and exploiting the inherentsynergies between the various platforms. Your role will be critical towards achieving our agenda on delivering a digital and resilient solution compliant with record management requirements (GRMS).

**What will you be doing?**:

- Own and be responsible for the creation of an integrated document archival platform across products and geographies
- Supporting the design and delivery of document archival solutions using the knowledge CMOD, Active Store, and Mongo DB, Kofax
- Delivering enhanced customer experience in a cost efficient manner
- Guiding a team across roles (business, BA, technology and governance functions) to deliver solutions ensuring effectiveness, accuracy and controls
- Supporting key programmes such as print and mail, NGCB, Shopping Ready
- Constantly challenging the status quo and bringing to the bank the best in market practices
**What we're looking for**:

- Prior experience in a technology leadership role in document archival projects/ roles/ platforms
- Extensive knowledge of working with MongoDB based solutions
- Working experience of document management tools such as CMOD and Mongo DB
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and track record of driving cost efficiencies through the use of technology
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience in Java and AWS technologies
- Prior experience in delivery of imaging solutions using data driven analysis
- Working knowledge of Teradata to drive data driven solutions
- Excellent reporting and communication skills with proven ability to build effective internal relationships
**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful greenenvironment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
