**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality digital marketing training sessions, both online and in-person, tailored to apprentices and local SMEs.
- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Teach essential skills such as content creation, social media management, SEO, PPC, and data analytics.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to help learners implement marketing strategies within their own businesses.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure content is relevant and cutting-edge.
- Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them develop their skills.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders and partners to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in training, mentoring, or coaching is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Familiarity with popular digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
- A passion for teaching and empowering others with practical digital skills.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.
