Global Senior Account Executive

This role offers the opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to be part of a dynamic global account team on one of Zenith’s largest hair and beauty sector clients. You will be an integral support within the client services and global operations team, ensuringsuccess in the day-to-day management and delivery of best in class media services.
The Global Senior Account Executive will work with a variety of teams across 15+ markets worldwide. You will primarily support the Global Account Manager and Global Account Director across multiple operational projects from network management to the co-ordinationof ongoing global team outputs.
Core Responsibilities:

The Global Senior Account Executive will work with a variety of teams across 15+ markets worldwide. You will primarily support the Global Account Manager and Global Account Director across multiple operational projects from network management to the co-ordinationof ongoing global team outputs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Business: Support the delivery of multiple workstreams in order to meet client expectations through efficient project management with the support of the global account manager
- Network Operations: Helping to ensure agreed processes and ways of working are adhered to worldwide, driving efficiency across the network, ensuring a consistent global approach to media activation
- Relationship Management: Support in strengthening local relationships, with the maintenance and upkeep of the dedicated central hub featuring a portfolio of resources
- Campaign Data Management: Manages and monitors the weekly global campaign status to ensure TukTuk is updated against planned activity, working closely with activation hub team (TukTuk contact) and local markets to ensure all planned campaigns are submittedand uploaded to the platform in addition to corresponding supporting documentation
- Finance: Co-ordination of finance processes with global hub and local market teams, support in ensuring all trackers are being kept up to date
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all agency teams, and global clients
- Resilient: adopts energized and enthusiastic approach
- Strong project management skills: works to deadlines with full comprehension of ticketing systems
- Ability to analyse numerical data for reporting via platform dashboards and excel
- Demonstrates the ability to cultivate strong relationships across local markets
- Basic knowledge and use of media data management systems (such as Lumina and TukTuk)
- Understands the terms of the Zenith - Client contract across two key areas:
- Operational / Contractual Endeavours'
- Global Media Excellence and Platform scope of work
General Knowledge & Skills
- Basic knowledge of global media planning and understanding of Publicis Groupe
- Able to learn quickly and rapidly establish expertise with the company standard and client specific solutions
Direct Reports
- Typically reports to Client Services and Operations teams (Global Account Manager / Director)
Experience
- Experience in a media environment with good knowledge of Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, and Communications is highly desired
