Location: Remote; flexible within Europe

ABOUT CATF

ROLE

The Operations Liaison is responsible for a wide range of activities including, but not limited to, drafting and updating policies and procedures, logístical assistance for global meetings and events, contracts and vendor relations, and global office setup.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

- Support the Head of Operations with various tasks such as keeping up-to-date centralized resources, guides, policies, and procedure documents
- Serve as a resource for staff to better learn and utilize the tools available to improve their workflow and collaborative ability
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff into our virtual office, which includes setting up and training new hires on our suite and tools in collaboration with the IT and Administrative teams
- Help with research and the rollout of new virtual office tools in collaboration with the IT and Administrative teams
- Help coordinate logistics for new CATF office setups worldwide
- Serve as a point of contact for key vendors for the organization and manage equipment and supply procurement in collaboration with the finance team
- Draft and review contractual agreements between Clean Air Task Force and the supplier of contracts or services and present all signature needs to the COO
- Work closely with Programs, Communication, Development and Administrative teams to assist in overall logistics for events and meetings
- Arrange vendor and venue contracts for review by the COO and execution by the Finance team
- Working closely with Finance team to manage meeting/events expenses and budget
- Travel and be on-site to help facilitate meetings and events

Skills/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 (ten) years of relevant experience required; 12 (twelve) years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree
- Passion for CATF’s mission
- 5+ years of experience in event/meeting planning and travel support
- 7+ years of work experience in administration, operations, or related field
- Experience organizing regional and global events/forums a plus
- Ability to work remotely in a global, fast-paced, organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Consistent follow-through and commitment to high-quality work

Compensation and Location:
This is a full-time, remote position flexible within Europe. CATF offers an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience.

Pay: £49,000.00-£56,999.95 per year
