We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and can work well within our existing Bar team to ensure the smooth running of our two bars and provide our customers with the best experience possible. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail when serving and be passionate and knowledgeable about food and drink. If you are trained in mixology / cocktails then our Atrium Cocktail bar is waiting for you If you have a passion for learning there are plenty of opportunities to develop your skills.

We have full-time and casual hour contracts available and senior bar positions, please just let us know what hours/days you can work..

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests visiting the resort serving a range of high-quality drinks including premium draught beer, spirts, wines, cocktails and hot beverages.
- Being passionate about customer service and ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times whilst serving our guests.
- Adhere to opening and closing procedures whilst on duty to ensure a clean and safe working area for both colleagues and guests.
- To be enthusiastic whilst at work and to have pride in all drinks and food you are serving.
- Assist with restocking bar

**Our expectations of you**:

- Smart personal presentation and polite and friendly manner
- Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care
- Previous experience in a bar is desired but not essential.

Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour
