**Trainee Office Administrator**
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Trainee Office Administrator based in Stourbridge. The starting salary is at National Minimum/Living Wage pay increases and/or bonuses are available based on performance and there is potential forcareer progression within the company over the longer term.
No experience is necessary as full training will be given, although a basic understanding of the Microsoft Office suite would be beneficial.
Hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, working either 7am to 3:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm depending on business need.
Three positions are available.
**Role Requirements**
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be hard-working and energetic.
- Have an enthusiasm for learning.
- Good academic performance is preferred.
**Role Responsibilities**
- You will start at the bottom and learn about all the admin, research and back-office duties that are required to make a successful IFA firm function.
- You will work tightly within a team to achieve the team’s targeted work each week.
- You will have the opportunity to develop new skills and put those skills into practice.
