**Summary**
We are seeking an Issuing Officer to join our dynamic team at Jacobs Enforcement. This role is pivotal in facilitating the enforcement process by issuing relevant work depending on location and client guidelines.
**Responsibilities**
- Actioning the weekly Issuing Prints and Queries to determine the cases requiring allocation to an Agent
- Issuing work in accordance with the issue plan spreadsheet
- Contacting Agents as required to work OOA and book accommodation as required
- Monitoring Agent workloads to ensure they have enough work, and that work is issued prior to the Agent running out
- Issuing all Enforcement work in conjunction with the areas each Agent works, where they’re currently based, and factoring in any holidays or absence etc
- Ensuring all of the work is allocated correctly and printed for dispatching
- Processing urgent visits through the system
**Requirements**:
- Good organisation, planning and logístical skills
- Good knowledge of geography, UK regions and postcodes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
