We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Microsoft Security & Infrastructure Specialist. Reporting to the Global Head of IT you will be responsible for the security, maintenance, support, delivery, and monitoring of our cloud-based Microsoft infrastructureto ensure health, capacity, and security whilst working seamlessly with your IT colleagues.

**About The Role**:
You will be primarily focused on ensuring security across the Microsoft cloud estate whilst using technologies such as Azure, Intune and M365.

You will also have the opportunity to provide knowledge into architectural design & concepts and support Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Security operational principles and requirements.

**You will have experience with the following**:

- Microsoft cloud-based & endpoint security technologies
- Azure security and performance monitoring
- Ability to define cloud solution standards, policies, and procedures.
- M365 Microsoft Intune / Mobile Device Management
- Azure Infrastructure management - storage, backup and virtualization
- Azure services configuration and integration into Azure AD
- M365 Microsoft Exchange Management & Administration
- M365 Microsoft SharePoint Management & Administration
- M365 Microsoft Teams Management & Administration

**What we are looking for in our ideal Microsoft Security & Infrastructure Specialist**:
We are looking for an ambitious individual who has a passion for Cloud systems and has proven experience working with Microsoft Cloud technologies with a track record for delivering disruptive change into organisations with mínimal impact to business operations.

As part of the team you will be encouraged to introduce new ideas and innovative solutions to the business and to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, whilst having a pro-active can-do attitude.

You will be expected to work closely with our colleagues in all areas of IT and Western Global to deliver a seamless service to internal and external customers. This will require a good understanding of IT across different services alongside excellent verbaland written communication skills.
