**Join us on the Journey...** National Express are looking to recruit an Internal Communications Executive to join the team, based at our Head Office in Digbeth.

What you'll do:

- Copywriting for a variety of communication channels.
- Creation of content using other communication methods, including video and photography.
- Working with stakeholders at all levels of the business to develop communications plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to regular reports and wider communications planning.
- Support with successful delivery of internal events.
- Collaborate working with wider communications team, including external communications and public affairs.

What you'll need:

- 2 years’ internal communications experience - agency or in-house
- Excellent verbal and written skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience of building and maintaining relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Sound knowledge of communication platforms.
- Organisational skills
- Time management
- Idea generation and creative thinking
