**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings with precision and efficiency
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace tools and of course the best of AI
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly filed
- Organise travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation as required
- Assist with personal errands and administrative duties as needed
- Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically
- Support with invoicing and bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Coordinate with other corporate allies to ensure smooth daily operations
**Skills**
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software is desirable
