**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital office files to ensure easy access to important documents while maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide clerical support including typing documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Management of office supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance productivity and communication.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.
- Minute-taking, report writing and Data collation.
**Skills**
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with data entry tasks.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competence in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document creation and collaboration.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical duties.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Medical Secretary experience and background highly desired.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £15,877.60-£27,065.90 per year
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
