This is a 12-month fixed term contract Project focused HR Advisor position which has the potential to be made permanent. Based in state of the art new offices in Milton Keynes this Financial Services Group are looking for an experienced HR professional withprior ER casework management experience. The role offers flexible, hybrid working with one day a week in the Milton Keynes office and great work form home options

**Client Details**

In this varied project-based HR Advisor role, you'll deliver excellent customer service, whilst providing HR advice and guidance to the business and customers on ER cases, primarily on Performance Management, although you will also need to provide supporton linked issues such as Absence Management, Grievances and Disciplinaries.

The role will support all business areas across the UK Financial Services group, so it will give you wide exposure to HR requirements throughout the organisation.

**Description**

HR Advisor job duties and responsibilities;
- Manage complex ER Casework
- Proactively identifying opportunities to drive improvements to policy and practice, and influence the Performance Management culture across the business.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including AoEs, business leads and HRBP's
- Coaching and influencing line managers, ensuring compliance with HR Policy and procedures
- Providing a seamless end to end case management service for the customer
- Sharing knowledge by buddying with other team members to deal with end to end case management of complex cases within agreed SLA's
- Keeping up to date on both Employment Law and changes to legislation and sharing own knowledge with peers

**Profile**

The successful HR Advisor will have a mix of the following experience and characteristics
- Prior experience being involved and ideally leading on employee relations casework
- Proven experience of stakeholder management at a senior level.
- A proven track record of using initiative, and data analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and the business to develop solutions fit for purpose.
- A broad understanding of HR processes and practices
