**CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX) STRATEGIST**

**UP TO £70,000, HYBRID WORKING, PENSION**

**LONDON BASED**

I'm working with one of the leading advertising agencies in the world on an exciting new role within their customer experience function. You will focus on a leading client in the automotive sector and be a part of building out CX solutions and defining actionable insights to support with strategy.

**THE ROLE**:
The Customer Experience Strategist will have the following responsibilities:

- Manage research projects
- Support and deliver on CX projects delivery
- Be a main POC for a leading automotive client
- Assist in building customer experience solutions
- Mentor junior members of the team

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
The ideal Customer Experience Strategist will have:

- Background within CX/insight/marketing
- Knowledge of analytics
- Data strategy type thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- A great personality and hands on attitude
