The purpose of the role:
Due to our growth ambitions across the business, we are looking for a proactive Business Partner/OD specialist who can support capability projects across Aggreko. In this position the Capability Partner will cover projects that span across capability areas including talent, EDI, early careers, sales capability, leadership, skills and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

The key focus areas for the Capability Partner role are:

- Hands on delivery of capability projects using appropriate system-based OD methodologies in line with the people priorities
- Analyse existing frameworks, structures, processes, etc to assess suitability and gaps and establish capability frameworks that can be used across regions providing guidance on “fixed, flexible and free” elements
- Partner with global people team members and regional businesses to understand business context, challenges and opportunities and provide fit for purpose solutions across capability areas
- Lead stakeholder engagement, focus groups, design thinking workshops and other data gathering tools to understand diverse perspectives
- Develop and drive change management plans to ensure sustainability of implementation across business; provide expert guidance on change management, workforce planning and transformation initiatives

What we’re looking for:

- Strong business partnering and OD skills with demonstrated experience in complex and global OD projects.
- Track record of working with and influencing senior levels of a global organisation - strong stakeholder management experience.
- Action orientation and ability to work at pace - demonstrated drive, accountability and resilience
- Ability to work collaboratively and keen to deliver projects hands on (this is key).
- Strong global mindset with cultural awareness and experience - demonstrates inclusive behaviours
- Demonstrated experience of successful change management and transformation
- Experience with design thinking methodology is highly desirable.
