**About the Role**

You will be part of a great team, working within a modern and clean environment, producing high precision parts and components for the Aerospace industry.

The nature of the work is small to medium batch with medium to high complexity. The main requirement of this position is to work flexibly within the Corepack team to support the production of Corepacks to meet customer requirements on a timely basis. Thisincludes dressing, deburring, and fettling of Corepacks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deburring, dressing, and fettling of Corepacks using hand tools and machinery
- Degreasing laminations in preparation for coating and building
- Adhering to procedures, customer process specifications, and standards
- Resolving issues and maintaining accurate job timing records
- Maintaining a respectful and productive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Aerospace or similar manufacturing/engineering experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to do repetitive precision work
- Committed to upholding the Company's reputation for quality and on time delivery

**Working Hours**

39.5 hours a week from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 4.00 pm on Fridays (30 mins for lunch). The Company is open to Flexible Working requests within our core operating hours.
