A Curious Production Operative will typically be required to carry out the below roles:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating debossin machinery to hand finish / brand notebooks as per the client artwork
  • Picking stock from warehouse & packing as per completion of production.
  • Manage stock flow & live order spreadsheets.
  • Maintaining production area and ensuring tidiness.
  • Loading and unloading goods in & out of warehouse.
  • Recording damaged, missing or faulty goods.
  • Organising stock on arrival into correct area.
  • Quality control of goods in/out are as per the brand expectations.
  • Labelling finished products for despatch.

Preferred Knowledge/Experience:

  • Previous use of branding machinery.
  • Willingness to learn & develop.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • An interest in brands/branding.
  • Previous experience within a warehouse.
  • Ability to bring new ideas.

Training will be provided on machinery and teamwork is at the heart of the company where staff are happy to help and guide.
