This is a fast paced, Client facing role in which you would have the opportunity to grow your regional team. Good financial and project management skills are a must as are great communication skills to build, maintain and consolidate strong workingrelationships both internally and external to BWB.

What you’ll bring:

- A proven track record in business development and client relationship management, with a demonstratable client network.
- Training teams, mentoring and line management.
- Demonstrate technical excellence.
- The air quality assessment process as well as the standards and guidelines that are appropriate to our industry.
- The UK planning and Environmental Permitting systems.
- Environmental Impact Assessment.
- Air dispersion modelling software including the ADMS-Roads and ADMS 5 software packages and experience in using ArcGIS, QGIS and AutoCAD.
- Onsite air quality and odour monitoring experience. together with the design and management of air quality and odour monitoring strategies.
- Proven odour acuity within the required odour panellist range.
- BREEAM and indoor air quality assessment and monitoring experience.
- Working with design teams, project managers and clients.
- Project management.
- Willingness to travel and a full driving licence are essential to the role.
- Willingness to travel, a full driving licence and access to a car are essential to the role.
- Experience of greenhouse gas emissions assessments and indoor air quality assessments are desirable.
