We are scaling rapidly both in the UK and internationally and are now building a world-class operations function to match.What is the purpose of the role?The Quality Manager will take ownership of our quality agenda and lay the foundations for a best-in-class QMS. It is hands-on now but strategic in scope, shaping the systems and standards that will underpin our global growth.What will I be doing?Quality Systems and DocumentationDesign and implement a Quality Management System aligned with ISO standardsDevelop and maintain process documentation for manufacturing and internal workflowsEstablish KPIs and lead FMEA, NCR and continuous improvement initiativesSupplier Quality OversightOwn quality relationships with manufacturing and supply chain partnersConduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standardsCoordinate third-party product testing and certificationContinuous ImprovementDrive root cause analysis and corrective actionsChampion lean practices and operational excellence across the businessWhat will I need to thrive in the role?Proven experience implementing QMS and creating quality systems from scratchBackground in engineering or manufacturingExperience in early-stage or high-growth businessesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsWillingness to travel to supplier sites and Artus offices (typically twice per month)What are the benefits?Competitive salaryRapidly growing business with potential future career progressionOpportunity to gain experience of multiple operational functionsHybrid working and flexible cultureA values-led, collaborative team focused on quality and impact25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension (company NEST scheme)3 months fully paid parental leaveInterested in taking things further?If you would like more information or are keen to discuss your suitability, please apply now or contact me through the details below.
