**LondonEnergy** are currently looking to recruit a **Site Supervisor **for our RRF (Reuse and Recycle Facility) in Regis Road, Kentish Town.
As the **Site Supervisor, **you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Reuse & Recycling Centres (RRCs) at all times in compliance with all legal and contractual requirements and Company procedures.
From time to time, you will also be required to stand in for the Area RRC Supervisors as required.
As our **Site Supervisor, **you are also responsible for:

- Ensuring the RRC operations are compliant with the respective site Waste Management Permits and conditions and ensure all non-compliance issues are dealt with as per Company practice and legislation.
- Ensuring that all issues relating to the Environment Agency including Waste Tonnage returns are dealt with appropriately and recorded.
- Supervising all staff to ensure safe practices are adhered to at all times. This includes the safety of the public using the facilities.
- Ensuring all waste arriving to and leaving site has all legally required documents and any that remain on site are filed in an appropriate manner.
- Ensuring health and safety it kept at the highest level on site, reporting incidents and issues on D365
- Organising and utilising available vehicles and plant to fulfil the needs of the operation in a cost-effective manner
- Maintaining and operating all other company internal electronic systems, including the Winweigh system.
- To ensure that all static and mobile plant is maintained on a regular basis as per manufacturers’ guidelines or as company procedure demand requires. This includes monitoring daily operator inspection reporting and defect reporting.
- Complete small/low risk maintenance tasks on plant and equipment on site when possible and where required
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained and team understand their rota week on week including standby weeks
- Supervising all sub-contractor activities on site ensuring site rules and pre-approved RAMS are being followed at all times

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Previous experience of working in a Waste Operations environment (essential)
- Strong interpersonal skills particularly in dealing with the public. (essential)
- Flexible in relation to working at different RRC sites as necessary and in accordance with the required working hours and rota.
- Current driving licence and willing to drive the company reuse van if required.
- Hold the required competency certificate for operating mobile plant or be willing to train to do so.
