The Senior Data Scientist role is key to the future of Medik8 as we develop a truly Data Driven Culture. At Medik8, high data quality is one of our major assets. As part of the Data Team, you will work in an agile structure, joining agile squads for day-to-day work. As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling smarter business decision making by providing meaningful insights. Every day, we foster a collaborative work environment, sharing knowledge, and bringing the best out of everyone in the team. **Your role in detail**: - Constantly analyse data and provide insights that drive optimization and continuous improvement of business strategies. - Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy. - Execute analytical experiments methodically to help solve potential problems and make a true impact. - Maintain clear and coherent communication, to understand data needs and report results. - Understand the audience for each output and adapts the result to each specific needs **We would really like to hear from you, if you..** - Have a track record with data visualisation using tools like PowerBI, R, Python. - Have BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics. - Have previous experience in a similar role. - Have technical data science skills that will add to our skill base and enable you to contribute actively to new projects - Have ability to communicate recommendations and findings with technical details and concepts to non-analytical stakeholders. - SQL knowledge is advantageous **About us** Medik8 is one of the fastest-growing skincare brands, focused on science-based skin ageing products centered around the "CSA Philosophy".
