Duties
- Provide administrative support to the business administration team
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet visitors and provide them with assistance as needed
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Help with preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication

- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for document creation and collaboration
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks is preferred
