We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Divisional Head (or aspiring Divisional Head) to join our team, in a role that gives you the opportunity to head up your own division and become a key part of our brilliant senior leadership team.

We had a stormer of year in 2021, adding 5 fresh faces to our team. They’ve settled in brilliantly and are benefitting from a fantastic working environment, flexible working hours, 2 days a week working from home and a personal training and development package to ensure they have every opportunity to keep growing with us

**What would I be doing? Good question Day to day you will**:
+ Have the opportunity to lead and grow your own division at Pitch.
+ Still be hands on recruiting, with huge autonomy over your own desk and the growth of your team, organically growing and developing your client base and building your network across our key specialisms - marketing, PR, digital and creative.
+ Have a real opportunity to be a key part of our business, with growth supported by a tailored development plan, internal and external mentoring and support - the sky really is the limit
+ Be working with the best team (we would say that of course, you’ll have to meet us to find out for yourself)
