**Sales Assistant - Immediate Start**

Based in Colchester, Ace & Co. is a face-to-face sales and marketing company. We are specialists in our field. Rather than impersonal digital marketing, we engage customers face-to-face, we do this via B2C strategies, events, trade shows, and business-to-businesscampaigns.

**Who We’re Looking For**

Ideal applicants will have experience in a customer-facing role, and be confident interacting with people face to face. The ideal Sales Assistant will be a professional and proactive person who is target-driven and thrives on building excellent relationshipswith customers.

As an Ace & Co. Sales Assistant, you’ll be a brand ambassador for our clients. You will value meaningful honest conversations, which allow customers to make informed choices and you will pride yourself on ensuring that every interaction is of the highestquality. Delivering an exceptional customer experience is at the top of our agenda.

- Able to receive constructive feedback on performance
