Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Assistant based in Colchester. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Responsibilities also include stock management, ensuring displays are neat and up-to-date, and supporting the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build relationships and interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to deliver a positive customer experience and contribute to sales growth.
  • Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain a presentable store environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Previous experience in retail, electrical wholesale, or a related industry is advantageous.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered by YESSS Electrical.
