HR Operations Talent Partner

**Function overview**:
Flutter is currently undergoing an exciting HR transformation, establishing a cross-divisional Global HR Operations function underpinned by Workday as the global people technology platform. This People Centre of Excellence will deliver agile, scalable HR services and a high quality experience to Flutter's brands and divisions. This includes a new Specialist Services support function partnering with specialist HR teams to drive and support in areas including talent, engagement, and learning; reward; audit, policy, and compliance.
The Talent Support Analyst will play a key role providing specialist, administrative support to broader HR teams in Talent, Learning, and Engagement. Reporting to the Talent, Engagement, and Learning Manager, they will be responsible for providing support in the delivery of Talent Projects, the Workday Peakon solution, mandatory training and the future LMS solution, and escalated, specialist support to the Global Experience Hub when employee enquiries are escalated.
**Accountabilities**:
- Support on and deliver Talent projects in alignment with the broader HR strategy (e.g. Succession management, Talent mobility) as directed by Talent, Engagement, and Learning Manager.
- Provide administrative support of the Workday Peakon solution as required by broader stakeholders across Group, UK&I, and International.
- Assist with the management of the job specification repository, ensuring they are up-to-date with relative and up-to-date skills and experience as instructed and notified by broader HR.
- Administrative support to Learning teams in areas including mandatory compliance training in Workday Learning and the future LMS solution.
- Assist the Knowledge and Effectiveness team to ensure current and future Talent, Engagement, and Learning processes are reflected within knowledge based content socialised across UK&I, International, and Group functions.
- First point of contact liasing with the Global Customer Experience teams on Talent, Learning, and Engagement-related queries that require escalation, through to resolution
**Experience**:
