We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Operations Partner - EMEA to support our EMEA strategy. Our Cprimers are given the flexibility to work opportunities to collaborate and have fun along the way.As an HR Operations Partner - EMEA a summary of your role involves:Strategic Impact: Drive the development of a proactive associate pipeline aligned to EMEAs business strategy while maintaining strong engagement with current associates/contractors.Facilitation & Communication: Apply excellent facilitation communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of client organizations. Manage backlogs risks issues people and budgets to ensure delivery of products and services that achieve intended business outcomes.Customer-Centric Approach: Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and keep customers at the forefront of all activities.Operational Excellence: Oversee the employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding and contractual changes ensuring compliance with UK employment law and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.Performance & Agility: Proactively support high performance within the team balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing expectations while delivering within agreed timeframes.We want our people and our customers to be proud of the services we provide and you have a key part to play in this.Outcomes Sought:Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding and contractual changes.Manage all Employee Relations cases such as Disciplinaries Grievances Restructures and Settlement Agreements.Ensure compliance with UK employment law and provide guidance to the business on HR-related matters.Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Build strong trusted relationships with business stakeholders to support operational excellence.Manage all business-as-usual (BAU) regional HR activities.Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of future associates aligned to EMEAs strategic priorities.Nurture and sustain relationships with current associates/contractors on the bench to ensure engagement and readiness for assignments.Partner with our Global Talent Acquisition Team (TA) to provide complete and accurate requirements before sourcing begins.Manage the associate/contractor newsletter ensuring timely communication of key assignment dates and updates.What youll bring:Well expect you to be part of the team and deliver your service in line with our values.Human: thoughtful intentional ethical ingenious.Curious: open-minded questioning inquisitive.Collaborative: adaptable humble self-aware transparent.Performance driven: client-focused leadership outcomes results.Pioneering: trailblazing risk-taking up for a challenge.Bold: confident courageous decisive direct.The must haves:Proven experience in HR operations and talent management within a regional or global context.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance requirements.Excellent relationship-building skills with both associates and business stakeholders.Ability to balance strategic talent pipeline development with day-to-day HR operational delivery.Strong organizational and communication skills with experience managing newsletters or internal communications.Desirable skills:CIPD qualified.Experience working in professional services consulting or technology sectors.We all have our part to play:Were committed to our vision and demonstrate behaviours which are in line with our core values.We ensure that all aspects of our work are delivered with a customer focus to all internal and external users in line with our internal/external service offer.We uphold our commitment to inclusion equality and diversity.Were aware of our personal responsibilities regarding health and safety and ensure that our Health & Safety policies are adhered to in all aspects of our work.We treat all data with respect ensuring we only use it for the correct purpose and is handled safely and securely.We promote and achieve Value for Money (VfM) within our areas and across the organisation.#LI-DC1This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged and the range of duties and responsibilities to be undertaken.
