**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Talent Acquisition Resourcing Specialist is a **strategic focused **professional who builds strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, understands the Company’s requirements to deliver and bring the best recruitment solutions and source the best talent into the business to match those requirements from using social media platforms and other similar tools, through other creative sourcing methodologies and through the development and management of industry relevant graduate programs but will also get involved in the day to day transactional support aspect.

The Talent Acquisition Resourcing Specialist will represent and develop the Brand and CTM’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at the highest standard and support CTM’s Talent and Diversity & Inclusion Strategy.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Support the Head of HR UK& Europe in the development and execution of both the short and long-term recruitment and staffing strategy for CTM in the UK & Europe region
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and critical roles within the company.
- Ensure that all communications are accurate in content and that they reflect CTM’s Brand and Values
- Coach and develop line managers on all aspects of the recruitment process
- Implement creative talent acquisition initiatives including but not limited to, the development of networks and the promotion of and attendance at events such as career fairs
- Guide and support leaders in the preparation of sourcing materials such as position descriptions, advertisements.
- Assist in the ongoing review and promotion of the Company’s EPV and Diversity & Inclusion Strategy, to ensure CTM remains as a standout in the marketplace for talent.
- Manage immigration activities necessary for the placement in speciality roles, as and when necessary
- Works closely with the business and HR colleagues throughout the search process providing consistent communication and incredible service
- Liaise with peers in other regions on corporate-wide initiatives
- Collect and analyse various recruitment related metrics to identify and advise on market trends and enable strategic hiring decision making through data insights, analysis towards CTM’s Talent Strategy

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Graduate, with the ability to demonstrate skills and broad experience in talent acquisition role/s
- Demonstrated experience with establishing graduate programs and managing relationships with colleges and universities to support the attraction of the most qualified and suitable graduates
- A proven track-record of delivering recruitment and hiring solutions to hiring managers
- Experience in developing relationships with and promoting the company to relevant key contacts and potential talent pools
- Experience with developing and delivering Inclusion, Diversity and Equity talent acquisition actives that align to business strategy and policy
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make objective recommendations based on evidence and trends

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 22.5 - 30 per week

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
