The Talent Place are excited to be working exclusively with one of our clients in the Travel industry.

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists who has experience in recruiting in the Engineering sector or are willing to upskill.

**Principal Accountabilities & Duties**

Discuss the resourcing brief with hiring managers including the need, the channels for sourcing, the budget, the assessment details and the timescales.

Ensure that all communications are accurate in content and that they reflect EIL’s Brand and Values.

Design and deliver assessment tools appropriate to the role.

Coach and develop line managers on all aspects of the recruitment process.

Manage the offer process, including the drafting of the contract of employment and other associated papers and collection of these at start of employment

Focuses on exceeding customer expectations

Sets clear priorities driven by the business strategy

Champions innovative change and continuous improvement

Plans organises and manages resources effectively

Shows sound financial and commercial judgment

Is approachable, listens to all and communicates openly

Influences and challenges

Makes the most of cultural diversity

Takes responsibility at every opportunity

**Skills and Experience Essential**

Experience working in a similar role within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Proven internal recruitment skills and stakeholder management experience.

Excellent Organisational and prioritisation skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience working on Technical/IT roles is desirable

Fluent English - French is desirable.
