Broker Relationship Manager

Our client is one of the most established wholesale brokers in the London Market. Due to profitable growth through careful broker development over the last year they are now looking to expand with a further Broker Relationship Manager to join what is avibrant and fast paced City based team. This role offers an agile employment mix of City and Working From Home.
You will be responsible for managing a well maintained portfolio of brokers, with responsibility for growing existing relationships as well as developing new accounts.
Key responsibilities will include
- Developing the existing strong relationships with appropriate and ethical new business methods always focusing on ensuring the quality of service is at the very highest level.
Implementing an effective sales business plan for all the brokers on your panel
Introducing additional services and products where appropriate
Carrying out marketing initiatives including product launches, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing where necessary
Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
