We are looking for an amazing graphic designer who loves working in a varied, fast pace, and innovative organisation.

The Design & Branding Executive will support the global Marketing department, and wider organisation. They will develop and create design ideas and concepts, plan and produce a variety of B2B marketing materials to support CASCO Pets communication both online and offline. It requires a passion for creativity, a flair for design and the right attitude and skills to develop with a forward-thinking, fast-paced team and organisation.

This position should be seen as our internal design agency supporting on design, brand and digital projects to drive the business forward, producing content for multiple regions as required.

**Required Qualifications / Experience**
- A degree or equivalent in Graphic Design and Arts together
- At least 3 years working experience in an agency or client side

**Role Related Expertise - Skills and Knowledge required**
- An excellent experienced designer with the ability to translate business objectives into high quality brand - communications
- Excellent eye for detail and copy skills and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong creative, typography and design expertise is essential
- Filming, photography and editing experience
- Skilled in using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro
- Experience of using CMS and/or Basic HTML/CSS
- Excellent organisational, communication and project management skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint
- Ability to priorities workload and multi-task
- Able to use initiative and to work in an organised fashion, often under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills, Can do, working together mindset and positive attitude
- Team working skills, confident, discrete, trustworthy and reliable
- Aware of the latest design and advertising trends
- Passion for pets with the appropriate marketing skills would be a great advantage for this role
