F&S Consultants Ltd is looking to recruit a Trainee Building Surveyor to join their growing Nottinghamshire office. If you are looking to become a professional Building Surveyor, this could be your role

This is an exciting opportunity with a structured training program from level 3 apprenticeship to level 6 (BSc Hons degree) building surveyor with a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Working in the surveyor department, you will join a multi-disciplinary team gaining experience in sustainability, fire risk, control of hazardous substances, Retrofit, and architectural design through 2d and 3d modelling.

We offer a great learning environment during which you will receive continual support and the opportunity to learn from different colleagues about all aspects of the property lifecycle and its management.

Your day-to-day role will involve visiting buildings around the country, conducting building surveys and communicating with the office to provide accurate calculations to produce legally required reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: between **£13,500.00 - £20,000.00** per year, depending on experience & qualifications.

- Monday to Friday (Core hours are 08:30 - 17:00, you may be required to work additional hours depending on the company’s needs).
