Homecare's Liverpool are looking for a care locality manager due to an increased demand in multiple areas. As one of the leading providers of Adult Social Care in the Liverpool City Region we offer a rewarding work environment, with a great work-life balance and **NO on call responsibilities.**

**Salary**:Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

**Shift pattern**: 16 hours per week - alternate weekend shifts 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm.

**Location**:Edge Lane Innovation Park

**What will your role as a care locality manager entail?**
- Allocating the appropriate carers to our service users, ensuring all relevant policies, procedures and regulation are met.
- Being an **excellent communicator** between both the workforce and management
- Providing **EXCELLENT **customer service across all levels of the business
- Liaising with a variety of healthcare professionals, social workers and case managers
- Being up to date on compliance procedures and being able to ensure all compliance is completed.
- A promise of **NO on call responsibilities**

**What are we looking for in our next care locality manager?**
- Ideally you would have previous experience in coordination.
- Hold **a full UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle**.
- Good IT skills
- Great planner/organizer

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 -20 per week

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
