A **fantastic opportunity **has arisen for an **Estate Agent Sales Negotiator** to join one of the area's most well-known estate agencies, working out of their successful office in **Bath.**

**The Role**

Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you’ll be **passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property.** The role's main purpose is to **conduct property viewings, negotiate offers** and **negotiate sales **and their progress through exchange and completion.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the **best customer service possible.**
