We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and highly motivated **PGA Trainee Golf Professional**, to join our PGA National Academy team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £28,322 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £23,322, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Academy tuition will be your key focus; you’ll consistently deliver the highest standard of individual, junior, group and corporate sessions
- You’ll ensure the accurate completion of the essential administration relating to bookings, payments, diary and digital screen management
- Actively contributing to our Academy retail success, you’ll engage and build relationships with our guests and provide an outstanding custom-fit service; you’ll also be fully involved in merchandising and assist with monthly stock-takes
- Driving range management through administration of ball provision, guest engagement and outfield supervision
- Fulfilling your PGA academic requirements with the support of our PGA team
- You’ll have a range of administrative duties from management of the reception area, stock control, great communication within the team and wider departments across the estate; daily management of the range; supporting your immediate team
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
