Specifically, you will: - Assemble Medstrom products in line with manufacturing schedules and customer requirements - Undertake maintenance and general housekeeping of allocated production areas - Communicate with team members and the Production Team Leader to ensure manufacturing schedules are achieved - Monitor allocated inventory of raw materials and components for manufacture - Take good care of allocated company tools - Ensure any manufacturing issues are escalated as necessary **About You** To join us as a Production Assembly Operative, you will need: - The proven ability to adhere to strict production deadlines - The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude Previous experience of a manufacturing environment would be an advantage, as would experience of using hand tools and roles requiring strong dexterity skills.
