**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service and Sales Assistant to become an integral part of a growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, tailored recommendations, and an exceptional level of service. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs will be key in driving sales and creating a loyal customer base.

**Customer Service and Sales Assistant Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to customers, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and guide them towards the best products or services to suit their preferences.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of whats available, confidently explaining features and benefits to customers.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and suggesting relevant products or promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring all concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to create a high-energy and positive working environment.
- Keep the sales area clean, organised, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive and target-driven attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A team player who enjoys working in a vibrant and supportive environment.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are a plus.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to work.
