Currently, we are looking for a Shipping Clerk
- Export in a Shipping Department reporting to the Team Leader - Logistics, the position requires a flexible and self-motivated approach with a willingness to work as part of a small team.

About the job:
- Preparing computerized dispatch invoices and checking documentation for accuracy- Communicating with freight forwarders- Filing of shipping documentation- Liaising with the Print & Pack area to ensure the product is available for shipment- Assisting other members of the team with shipping procedures- Other clerical duties as required

About you:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths & English Language- Previous experience of working in an export shipping role- Ideally will have obtained qualifications either through the Institute of Export or the UK Customs Academy or similar- Windows-based computer experience essential- Experience in working with an ERP system is an advantage although full training will be given- Ability to work as part of a team, communicating & liaising effectively with other departments- Ability to prioritize work in line with the peaks and troughs inherent in this type of role
