Support Worker

Duties:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a residential setting
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication management
- Implement behaviour management strategies to support individuals with challenging behaviours
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as required
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
Experience:
- Previous experience in assisted living, hospice care, or senior care is desirable
- Proficiency in dementia care and behaviour management techniques
- First aid certification is essential
- A caring and empathetic approach towards those in need of support
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Pay: £21,260.00-£25,000.00 per year
