We are looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in The Shires & Avon counties.

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients well-being. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a PBS Practitioner**,** you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients

- Seeking professionals skilled in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches
- Must be empathetic, resilient, and purpose-driven to improve lives
- Role involves working closely with individuals receiving personalised support in tailored settings
- Collaborate with the hospital’s Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT)
